Anders Nordström
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Nordström holds a BSc in Business Administration and Economics from University of Uppsala, Sweden. Anders Nordström has a long and versatile professional experience from executive positions in global life science companies including international assignments in the US and Canada. He has held a number of leading positions in Pharmacia, Pharmacia Biotech (now GE Healthcare) including the position as Executive Vice President, CFO and also member of the Board of Directors of Pharmacia Diagnostics (now Phadia) for 15 years. Mr. Nordström has also held the position as VP Finance and Operations of ArthroCare International. Since 2007 he is working as an Advisor in small and midsized life science companies and is a Board Member of Halo Genomics AB.

Göran Smedegård, Ph.D and Assoc. Prof. in Physiology. Karolinska Development representative. He has more than 30 years experience in leading positions from the pharmaceutical Industry including AstraZeneca and Pharmacia. In the most recent position he was Senior Vice President Business and Commercial Development at Orexo AB. Currently working as a senior consultant for Avancia Life Science Consulting. Board member of Axcentua Pharmaceuticals.
New Management Members
Dr. Claes Lundberg, Scientific Project Leader (consultant)
Claes Lundberg (born 1951) has a PhD in Physiology and is Associate Professor at Uppsala University. He has 25 years of experience in pre-clinical drug development within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry (Pharmacia Corporation, Innoventus Project, Melacure Therapeutics and Resistentia Pharmaceuticals) and regulatory authorities (the Medical Products Agency ) as both line and project manager. Claes is the author of some 50 scientific publications.
Dr. Stefan Persson, Pharmacology & Toxicology (consultant)
Dr. Persson (born 1962) graduated from Uppsala University, Sweden, in 1988 and remained at the University to present his thesis in Pharmacology 1993. He held a post-doctoral position at Section of Inflammation Research, Lund University, 1994-95. From 1995 - 2000 he was manager of Cardiovascular Pharmacology at Pharmacia & Upjohn. Dr. Persson had the responsibility for establishing an immunopharmacological function at Resistentia Pharmaceuticals AB year 2000 and later on he was appointed VP Toxicology. He was responsible for the pre-clinical safety program until clinical phase II. Dr. Persson joined Eribis Pharmaceuticals 2010.
